I’m Gerard Chan.  This blog was set up for the purpose of my ES2007S Professional Communication Module in NUS.

And now a little about myself. I am quite an avid gamer. My games for the moment are Torchlight, Titan Quest and Left 4 Dead 2. I am (as mentioned before) a water baby. As such I enjoy swimming, pool swimming mind you. Open water swimming just does not relax me as much as a calm serene pool swim.

I also enjoy reading sci-fi/fantasy (pretty much anything except Harry Potter/Twilight, which I do not consider to be actual fantasy series). Some of my favourite reads are Star Wars (most of the books up to New Jedi Order), Jim Butcher’s Dresden Files Series and anything by Timothy Zahn (several awesome Star Wars novels, Quadrail series, Blackcollar series, Dragonback series is a bit kiddy and The Conqueror’s Trilogy, as well as many more standalone novels such as The Green and The Grey and Angelmass). Several anime series are also a guilty pastime of mine such as Bleach and Gundam.
